Trico Electric came to us with a clear objective: to refresh their website and evolve its purpose beyond simple transactions. The existing site, while functional for tasks like bill payments, felt dated and didn't encourage users to explore Trico's wider mission. Our goal was to create a modern, engaging online experience that seamlessly blended utility with discovery.

Our redesign focused on transforming the user experience from transactional to experiential. We moved away from a purely utilitarian layout by incorporating beautiful, high-impact imagery and vibrant colors throughout the site. This visual refresh aimed to draw users in, making their visit feel less like a chore and more like an experience. We still prioritized easy access to core functions like bill payment and service management, but we presented them in a more intuitive and visually appealing way.

The new website was developed on WordPress using the Elementor page builder which helped improve site speed and responsiveness. The design was fully responsive, adapting seamlessly to all screen sizes, from mobile devices to desktops.

During the development phase, we created templates for recurring content like newsletters, blog posts, and community support articles. This streamlined approach allowed for efficient content population and thorough testing. We shared the fully functional site with the Trico team for a collaborative testing session, ensuring every detail was perfect before launch.

The result was a revitalized website that not only looked great but also provided a powerful, user-friendly platform for Trico's continued growth.
